Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Free Firewood Friends account and associated data.

You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. If you cannot access the app, use the email method below.

Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App

Open the app and go to Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
Choose one option:
- Anonymize My Account: Personal identifiers are removed; contributions remain as "Deleted User".
- Delete Everything: Account and all associated user-contributed data are deleted.
Confirm your choice.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email (If You Cannot Access the App)

Email: support@freefirewoodfriends.com

Use subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

Your account email address
Your preferred deletion mode: Anonymize My Account or Delete Everything

We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Retention Notes

If we must retain specific data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons, we retain only what is required and disclose this in our policy.
